What’s New in SIXPAC — January 2026
We kicked off 2026 with one of our biggest feature drops yet. From Family Accounts to invoice Tabs to continuous QR check-in, here’s everything we shipped this month.
👪 Family Accounts — Manage Entire Households in One Place
SIXPAC now supports Family Accounts giving businesses the ability to send invoices and quotes to a child’s parent or guardian, create Family Memberships and Punch Passes, share payment methods across the family, designate a Head of Household, and Quick Pay from the family screen including ACH. This is a game-changer for martial arts studios, youth programs, chiropractic family care, and any business working with kids and families.
📂 Invoice Tabs — Flexible Running Balances
New Tabs let you start an invoice with no line items, add them over time, set a due date and autopay method, and view open balances from any customer or family profile. Perfect for ongoing client accounts at studios, clinics, and service businesses.
⚡ Quick Item Add
Add line items directly from the invoices screen without navigating into an invoice. Fewer clicks, faster billing.
📲 Continuous QR Check-In
Version 1.0 of Continuous Check-In is live. Set up a scanning station that auto-detects QR codes, shows confirmation with profile picture, and prevents duplicate check-ins. Enable per event in event settings.
💳 Payments & Refunds
- ACH added to invoices and Quick Pay
- Updated refund flow in Order Screen
- Charge from saved payment method straight to Virtual Terminal
- External Payment Labeling in Order Reports (Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, etc.)
📅 Schedule, Events & Spaces
